Board committees

The Board has established two committees to assist in the discharge of its responsibilities. These are:

Each of the committees has its own terms of reference which describe its role and duties. The Company Secretary provides secretariat services for each committee.

Minutes of all committee meetings are provided to the Board and the proceedings of each meeting are reported by the chair of the respective committee at the next Board meeting. A director may attend meetings of a committee even if he or she is not a member of that committee.
