Power interruptions - 12pm update

Currently 13,000 customers are without power due to lightning strikes. The areas of greatest impact are in the south metropolitan region.
Other major areas affected include;
- Spearwood - approx. 980
- Dawesville - approx. 2,544
- Murdoch - approx. 1,223
Western Power crews are attending and it is expected that power will be restored throughout the morning, however it is likely other areas will be affected as the lightning storm progresses south.
